I think before I could really comment on this, what problem are you solving for? For whom? What problems are you causing? (I mean that. All change causes new problems.)
Things I like:
- collaboration
- user/customer-centrism
Things that worry me:
- short-cutting rigor of research & getting false data due to lack of contextually observed behavior. Self-reported data from interviews and surveys needs to always be considered suspect.
- Diluting the value of design craft by confusing output (a design) with methodology (designing). Again lack of depth in practice.
